We're going through a constitutional crisis right now and our current judicial system is not well-equipped to deal with it. Most countries in the world have a constitutional court and it's about time we have one. Let the C.C. decides on all the controversial cases like religious freedom, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, separation between the syariah and civil laws, intra- and inter-state conflicts, state-Federal relationship, etc. CC's decision will be the final say of what the constitution means and in effect becomes the law of the land.
